InfluencerPads lets creators browse vacation homes and send requests for hosted stays, discounted stays, content collaborations, and affiliate partnerships. Our team reviews requests and discusses any arrangement with the creator directly.

Submitting a request through InfluencerPads:

• does not reserve a property or hold any dates;
• does not collect or authorize any payment;
• does not approve a complimentary or discounted stay;
• does not create any affiliate relationship, commission, or fee; and
• does not oblige you, us, or any property owner to anything.

Any arrangement — including dates, benefits, deliverables, content usage, and financial terms — exists only once it has been agreed with you separately, in writing. If those written terms conflict with anything on this site, the written terms apply.

You need an account to send a request. You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that submit false information, spam, or misuse the site.

You confirm that the information in your requests — including your handles and audience figures — is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it.

You keep ownership of anything you send. You allow us to use it to review your request, to contact you, and to share relevant details with the owner or manager of the property you asked about when that’s needed to evaluate or arrange a collaboration.

Property photos and descriptions come from the property’s listing and are provided for browsing. Features, availability, and suitability for any shoot are confirmed as part of an agreed arrangement, not by the listing alone.

• Don’t send requests on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
• Don’t submit automated, bulk, or misleading requests.
• Don’t try to access accounts, data, or systems that aren’t yours.
• Don’t copy the site’s content or photos for other purposes.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, InfluencerPads isn’t liable for decisions made on a request, for property information supplied by listings, or for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
