InfluencerPads is inquiry-only. You send a request, our team reviews it, and anything you agree is confirmed separately — so nothing is booked, charged, or promised the moment you hit submit.
Every home on InfluencerPads is open to creator requests. Filter by the features you want in your content — pools, views, game rooms, room for a crew — and look through every photo.
One free account holds all your requests and every reply from our team. You can create it at the end of your first request — your draft is kept while you do.
Four short steps: the stay, the collab, your audience, and a review. It feels like a checkout, but there is no payment, no reservation, and no hold on the calendar.
Our team reviews your request and replies to you directly, by email and in Your requests. Questions and details go back and forth in one thread.
If it’s a fit, the arrangement is confirmed to you in writing — dates, what’s included, and what you’ll create. Nothing is final before that.
Collaboration types
A complimentary stay in exchange for agreed content or promotion.
Propose the content you would create during a stay. If the property is a fit, we work out the dates, the deliverables, and how the content is shared — all agreed in writing before anything is confirmed.
A reduced rate on a getaway, with or without content attached.
Ask about a creator rate. Any discount is set per property and per stay, and is only real once it is confirmed to you in writing.
Photo or video work for the property itself.
Pitch a shoot — listing photography, a video tour, short-form clips. Scope, usage rights, and any fee are agreed separately for each project.
Share properties with your audience through your own tracked link.
Tell us about your audience and where you would share. If approved, you receive affiliate terms in writing; nothing is earned by submitting a request.
Confirmed separately
Submitting doesn’t create a reservation, collect payment, hold dates, approve a complimentary stay, or create any commission. Each of these is agreed with you, in writing, after review.
Dates
Your preferred dates are a starting point. Nothing is held until dates are confirmed.
Benefits
Any complimentary night, discount, or fee is set per request and confirmed in writing.

What you create, how many, and by when — agreed together, not assumed from the form.
Usage & rights
How content can be used by the property is agreed explicitly for each collaboration.

Every request has a status in your account. A status tracks the conversation — it is never an approval on its own.
